It does not have a bar or elevator access.

The upstairs bar/dining room overlooks 44th street. It has its own bathrooms, coat room, bar and is accessible by elevator. It can comfortably accommodate fifty people for a sit down dinner and eighty for a cocktail gathering with occasional tables. This photograph shows it set for a sit down dinner for 50; although in all honesty, it's not the best photograph in the world since you can't see two of the tables!
