Called the “Home of the Bird,” this historic West Village entertainment nightclub is the last continuously operating New York City jazz club once regular host to the legendary Charlie Parker and the great Roy Hargrove. A favorite New York City live music entertainment venue for both loyal local clientele and international visitors, Arthur’s Tavern offers a variety of music for every taste: straight ahead jazz, New Orleans style jazz, real Chicago blues, and on Monday nights for more than 35 years has been home to the same Dixieland jazz band.
