Featuring the talent of Executive Chef Eric Woods in a Yabu Pushelberg-designed setting in the W Times Square, Blue Fin oohs and aahs its audience with a prominent Raw Bar featuring shrimp, lobster, clams and oysters. The sushi menu serenades with the Chilean Sea Bass Roll with Sweet Miso Glaze and the Sesame Crusted Shrimp Roll with Orange Curry Sauce sharing the spotlight.

Start the show with a bang with the ever-popular Pan Seared Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and our light Watermelon Baby Beet Salad with Goat Cheese, Baby Greens and Pistachios. After a brief intermission, dive into second acts like the Chilean Bass with Goat Cheese Potatoes, Roasted Peppers and Provencal and our East Coast Halibut with Lemon Gnocchi, Chanterelle Mushrooms and Lump Crab - great for seafarers. The dessert menu steals the show with Pastry Chef George McKirdy's Chocolate Smores Cake with Chocolate Mousse and Graham Cracker Ice Cream and the crowd-pleasing Créme Fraiche Huckleberry Cheesecake with Vanilla Cream and Huckleberry Coulis.

Unwind at either of Blue Fin's two bars to finish your day... or start your night. The signature Blue Fin is sure to delight, in addition to any of our seasonal cocktails. The beverage team has assembled a 400 bottle wine list with 30 wines by the glass.

From daily omelets to Blueberry and Mascarpone Filled Cinnamon Raisin French Toast, Blue Fin's breakfast will have you doing a song and dance in no time!

To create this two-story, 400-seat dining spectacle in the epicenter of the most exciting city in the world, design firm Yabu Pushelberg provided such original features as an expansive sparkling wall of highly polished mirror, glowing resin tables, and a floating staircase that leads to live music upstairs.
