Partly due to the vast airiness of the space and partly due to the realities of the workplace and the slow-burning comeback of read meat, Del Frisco’s packs in the men and women executives of midtown and keeps them coming back with well-executed and straightforward steakhouse fare. Appetizers include shrimp cocktail, crab cakes, soups and simple salads, although many people go right for the USDA prime cuts of meat shipped from the Midwest. Non-beef meet (veal, pork) and seafood (lobster, fish) and hearty, traditional sides (potatoes au gratin, onion rings, creamed spinach) round out the menu.
