Executive Chef Fortunato Nicotra has been with Felidia since 1996 and has brought an innovative presentation and touch to traditional ingredients and dished from all of the regions of Italy. The New York Times here star restaurants and nominee for Outstanding Restaurant US from the James Beard Foundation has been a proud recipient of the Wine Spectator’s Grand Award Winning Wine List for many years.

Some of Felidia’s seciting seasonal dishes include Butternut and mushrooms soup with chestnuts, parsnips and “amaretti” passatelli; Soft buckwheat polenta with pan-roasted seasonal mushrooms and sunny-side up quail egg; Pear and fresh pecorino-filled ravioli sautéed with aged pecorino-filled ravioli sautéed with aged pecorino and crushed black pepper and Weal tenderloin with Castelmagno cheese fonduta with verdurina in bagna caoda.
