Table to Table
Table to Table is a community based food rescue program that collects prepared and perishable food that would otherwise be wasted and delivers it to organizations that serve the hungry in Bergen, Hudson, Essex and Passaic counties.

Days of Taste (NYC Public Schools)
In 1995, a group of educators, chefs, and food professionals created a discovery-based curriculum for elementary school children called Days of Taste®. “It was clear that our children were losing the connection between the land and their food and we needed to do something about it,” explains educator Julia V. Jordan, Days of Taste founder. A four-part experiential curriculum is made available to many New York public school 4th and 5th grade classrooms each fall.

AIWF
The American Institute of Wine & Food is one of the few national organizations with the unique combination of dedicated wine and food enthusiasts and professionals. Wine and food enthusiasts get to meet and learn from renowned chefs, winemakers, authors, culinary historians, and food producers, while industry professionals have the opportunity to know and understand their core consumers.

God’s Love We Deliver
Nutritious meals for people living with AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses.

City Harvest
Millions of pounds of good, edible food are thrown away each year by New York City food businesses. At the same time, more than one million people are hungry, one third of them children. City Harvest is the link between those who have so much and those who have too little.

The Food Bank for NYC
The Food Bank For New York City, a member of America's Second Harvest, The Nation's Food Bank Network, was founded in 1983 to coordinate the procurement and distribution of food donations from manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and government agencies to organizations providing free food to the city's hungry.

Juvenile Diabetes Foundation
JDRF is the leading charitable funder and advocate of type 1 (juvenile) diabetes research worldwide. The mission of JDRF is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research.
    
City Meals on Wheels
Citymeals-on-Wheels hand-delivers meals to homebound elderly New Yorkers on weekends, weekdays, holidays, and times of emergency - times when many vulnerable seniors would otherwise go without food.

Slow Food
Slow Food is an international organization whose aim is to protect the pleasures of the table from the homogenization of modern fast food and life. Through a variety of initiatives, it promotes gastronomic culture, develops taste education, conserves agricultural biodiversity and protects traditional foods at risk of extinction.
