Aquagrill is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Jeremy and Jennifer Marshall. Chef Jeremy is a CIA graduate whose experience includes stints at Le Cirque and Le Cygne. Jennifer is one of New York's first female sommeliers with experience as the assistant cellar master managing the 700,000-bottle cellar at Windows on the World and has managed several Manhattan Restaurants. Diners can expect to find some unusual wine selections and great values on our award-winning wine list and wine-by-the-glass program. Aquagrill's wine list has been awarded both the Grand Award and the Silver Award Winner for Best Short Wine List by Restaurant Hospitality's Annual Wine List Competition, and it is an on-going annual recipient of the Award of Excellence by the Wine Spectator.
